Staff offered to move me to a different room, but the next one still had issues like hair on the bathroom floor. At least the sheets appeared clean in this one. The positive points included a comfortable bed and decent breakfast options, but the lack of attention to cleanliness was disappointing. I felt like a hassle when I brought the issues to the staff's attention, which didn't help my stay.
